“Once Fired Brass” (OFB) , is NOT new brass, but an ammunition/firearms industry term that describes used brass cases. We don’t know how many times these have been fired and the only way to know for sure it is “once fired” is to open a new box and fire one yourself.
NOTE: This is a ‘standard’ disclaimer for all Once Fired Brass, and may not apply in all cases. Casings could have crimped primer pockets. When working with military cases, care must be given to ensure the primers are removed correctly and swaged.
